Week of Feb. 3 Difficult Words

Cold readings for these stories were a couple of weeks ago, but snow days and other schedule changes have put them on pause for a while. We will review these hard words today and continue practicing the stories throughout the week.

Just to make sure everyone is caught up, you should have already done the following:

2. Write one sentence saying what you already know about this topic.
3. Write one sentences saying what you predict this story is going to tell about this topic.

Today, you will do the following:
1. Circle 5 hard words. Your group should then choose one word to write on the board.
2. Underline 1-3 sentences in the story that are the main idea.
